At Premier Student Housing we believe communication is key. If you would like more information on living in one of our communities, please do not hesitate to contact us. For maintenance please include in the box your apartment address and unit number with a brief description of the maintenance issue you are having and we will contact you shortly.

Please note, Premier Student Housing is not in charge of maintenance we only forward your request to your onsite manager. Residents agree to hold Premier Student Housing harmless of any damages resulting from maintenance request. Tenant(s) agree to send a follow up email to ensure receipt of the request to info(at)premierstudenthousing(dotted)com
